Are you Ready to Move On? If you want to get your house sold, the data points us toward the price. When priced well, homes for sale should be seen a lot... and we should have offers during... the first two weeks on the market. If either [or neither] of these things are happening in the first two weeks, the price is higher than the market will bear. I won't blow smoke or leave you hung out to dry. Without getting stale, we will correct the price and get ahead of, rather than behind, the current buyers in the market. Same rule goes for land for sale !
